After much debate. I have decided to put a few words together. A man searches in a mine of rock and stone. He feels that the gold ore eludes him. There is a woman at the counter. She takes library cards from patrons and gives them their books. She watches the door of the library. You never know who might come in the door these days. The thing is it is unlikely that someone would rob a library. I mean there are only books there. But this is 2004 and you can never tell. I man sits reeading his newspaper. He is 50 years old. He knew that everything would go crazy. He knew it would. And it will get worse. He has 50 cents in his pocket. He considers himself rich. Its 7 pm per the clock on the wall. The clock says it is 7pm. It could be 701. It could be 659. Either way there are only a few hours more left until the library closes for the evening. The woman worries that the cops will pull her over for a bad taillight. They pulled her over last week. And they said that the next time that they pull her over again it will be a ticket. Three mouths to feed at home. Mother said she should have gotten a good man. A good man would have a good husband. And the wind should always blow to the north and not to the south. Blue berries should always be available when you walk down the street. There is a store nearby and the man in the store is thinking about getting some grapes on the way home. Its late he could be mogged. There was a person who was mugged on 10th street the other night. But the mayor says the town is safe. There are always a few bad apples. People still buy fruit.
